Cynthia Brown has extensive experience in customer service and support roles across various industries. At BMO Harris Bradley Center since April 2015, Cynthia serves as an Usher/Ticket Taker, facilitating guest entry and seating. In the retail sector, Cynthia has worked as a Cashier at jcpenney since October 2011, and previously as a Check-Out Clerk at JCPenney Outlet Store from October 2008 to December 2010, both positions requiring transaction processing and merchandise handling.
