Saina D. has a diverse and extensive work history in the field of catastrophe analytics and modeling. Saina is currently employed at BMS Group as the Senior Vice President, Catastrophe Analytics Manager, and Training Lead. Prior to this role, they held positions at CNA Insurance as a Senior Catastrophe Modeler, where they served as the product owner and led the implementation of wildfire underwriting guidelines. Saina also conducted training for underwriting staff in the use of wildfire scoring models. Before CNA Insurance, Saina worked at Elementum Advisors, LLC, where they served as an Associate and Analyst in Catastrophe Modeling. At Aon Benfield, they worked as a Catastrophe Analyst, focusing on research and development in modeling various natural catastrophe events. Additionally, they gained experience as an intern at Aon Benfield and worked as a Violin Instructor.

Saina D. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with double majors in Actuarial Science and Finance from North Central College, where they also pursued minors in German and Economics.
