Mihaela Bejenaru

Mihaela Bejenaru has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Mihaela currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources at BMT Aerospace Romania, a role they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of HR at Vitesco Technologies Iasi from 2020 to 2023.

Before joining Vitesco Technologies, Mihaela worked at BCR as an Executive Coach, where they provided coaching sessions to managers and conducted group coaching sessions with the regional managing team. Mihaela also designed and delivered courses and workshops on various topics such as emotional intelligence, assertive communication, negotiation skills, leadership, coaching, and feedback skills. This role lasted from February 2017 to January 2020.

From 2015 to 2017, Mihaela worked as a Talent Development Manager at Fire Credit, where they focused on talent development initiatives within the organization.

Prior to that, Mihaela worked as the Managing Director & Executive Coach at Talent Coach from 2012 to 2015. In this role, they provided executive coaching sessions for managers and designed and delivered courses and workshops on coaching skills, leadership, performance evaluation, communication skills, and emotional intelligence. Mihaela also provided HR consultancy services including recruiting and selection, performance management, individual development plans, 360-degree reviews, mentoring, training delivery, communications, and talent assessment.

Mihaela Bejenaru's earlier work experiences include roles as a Senior HR Manager at GENPACT LLC from 2011 to 2012, HR Manager at UniCredit Business Integrated Solutions from 2007 to 2011, HR Manager at XL World from 2005 to 2007, and Unit Manager at AIG from 2003 to 2005. Mihaela started their career as a Marketing Consultant Trainee at InfoCom GmbH from 2001 to 2002.

Mihaela Bejenaru obtained their Bachelor's degree in Management from Al. I. Cuza - FEAA, Iasi in the years 1997 to 2001. Mihaela then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the same institution from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, they acquired a Diploma in Executive Coach from TCP Italy during the academic year 2010-2011.
