Trina Cretella

Trina Cretella has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Trina began their career in 1998 as a CTT1 (SW), former Electronic Warfare Technician in the US Navy. Following their military service, they worked as an Administrative Assistant II at Parsons Brinckerhoff from 2006 to 2009. During their time there, they played a vital role in tracking and compiling statistics for a large project and coordinated charity events for various causes.

In 2009, Trina became the Owner and Operator of Pup Palace, a business where they established a network of business relationships and implemented innovative marketing strategies to increase profitability.

Trina then joined Higher One in 2010, starting as an ATM Servicing Coordinator and progressively moving up to the role of Senior Director of ATM Operations. Trina successfully led numerous projects, overseeing compliance with new laws and regulations within tight timelines and budgets.

In 2016, Trina joined BM Technologies, Inc. (BMTX) f/k/a BankMobile, initially as the Senior Director of Operational Effectiveness and later serving as the Vice President, Operational Effectiveness.

Throughout their career, Trina has demonstrated strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a dedication to achieving results.

Trina Cretella obtained a Certificate in Six Sigma Black Belt from Aveta Business Institute in 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Project Management from the University of Arkansas Grantham between 2009 and 2011. Trina's undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing, was earned from Saint Leo University between 2005 and 2009.
