Natalie Shideh

Natalie Shideh is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project engineering, currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at BNBuilders since April 2022. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Hathaway Dinwiddie from August 2016 to April 2022, where Natalie managed project document control, coordinated subcontractors, and ensured compliance with sustainability goals such as maintaining LEED Gold equivalency. Earlier roles include a Project Engineer and Project Engineering Intern at Hathaway Dinwiddie, as well as a Heavy Civil Estimating Intern at Baker Concrete Construction, where foundational skills in estimating projects were developed. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completed in 2016.
