Caroline Morel

Caroline Morel currently serves as Co-Directrice Régionale at BNI France since February 2023. With extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, Caroline has been the Dirigeante et Formatrice at 2MS since July 2013, specializing in recruitment strategies and interview techniques. Previously, Caroline held several key positions at BNI Nord, including Directrice de Zone Métropole Lilloise and Directrice Consultante. Caroline also contributed to academia as an Intervenante in Political General and Business Strategy at Enseignement Supérieur Saint Jude from September 2014 to June 2016. Earlier roles include Responsable RH at SdFi and Consultant en recrutement at Manpower. Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Management and Human Resources, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée.
