Paul Harris

Paul Harris is a Certified Life Coach at Paul Harris Coaching since January 2020, focusing on helping individuals enhance their lives and productivity. Alongside this role, Paul serves as a Director Consultant for BNI Surrey, supporting chapter growth in Surbiton and Wimbledon since July 2023. With extensive experience in the motorsport industry, Paul held various engineering positions at McLaren Applied Technologies from August 2012 to December 2019, including Motorsport Quality Lead, Quality Engineer, and Instrumentation Technician. Prior to that, Paul worked with McLaren Racing and BAR Honda F1, honing expertise in electronics and prototype development. Paul began a career in electronics at TAG Electronics Systems Ltd and Radamec EPO, contributing to multiple projects over several years. Paul completed a Life Coaching & Personal Performance Diploma and NLP Practitioner Programme at The Coaching Academy in 2021.
