Carrie Florom

Carrie Florom is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in nursing and education. Currently serving as a Licensed Practical Nurse at CHS Cuyahoga Falls since 2020 and as a Mental Health/Educational Assistant for Akron Public Schools since 2018, Carrie also works as a Clinical Nurse Educator at James International Nursing School, providing hands-on instruction to LPN and CNA students. In addition, Carrie has acted as Lead Nurse Consultant at BNL Consulting, conducting quality assurance audits across healthcare facilities in Florida and the southeastern region. Previous roles include Director of Memory Care at Encore at Avalon Park, Nurse Liaison/Clinical Coordinator at HHCS, and Head Researcher-Paralegal for Vtamzarian Attorney at Law, leveraging both nursing and legal skills for complex medical cases. Carrie’s extensive experience in nursing administration, care planning, and clinical education has supported a high standard of patient care throughout various healthcare settings. Carrie holds a nursing diploma from McFatter Technical College.
