Małgorzata Mączka

Małgorzata Mączka has extensive work experience in the banking sector, with a strong focus on procurement and operations management. From 1998 to 2007, they worked at Fortis Bank Polska SA, where they held roles as a Purchase Specialist and an Inspector providing administrative and IT support. Małgorzata then joined Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas in 2007 and served as a Purchase Manager until 2015 before taking on the role of Logistic Manager until 2018. Since 2018, they have been with BNP Paribas Bank Polska, first as the Head of Middle Office and Purchasing Team, and currently as the Head of Strategic Procurement Office (Service Delivery Management). In their current role, they manage operations, financials, client relationships, and leadership. Małgorzata also focuses on process management, continuous improvement, team management, and vendor risk management.

Małgorzata Mączka obtained a Licentiate in Economics from Krakow University of Economics between 1998 and 2001. Małgorzata then pursued a master's degree in Logistics at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach between 2005 and 2007.
