Wojciech Rudzinski has a varied work experience in the banking industry. Wojciech started their career in 2008 as a Credit Risk Analyst at Raiffeisen Polbank. From there, they went on to work as a Multinational Corporate Manager, where they developed relationships with international clients and provided banking services. In 2014, they became the Corporate Banking Sales Director - Small Corporate, where they focused on developing the Small Enterprises business segment through process and product changes, sales policy changes, and HR development. More recently, in 2018, they joined BNP Paribas Bank Polska as the Head of SME Sales Management Bureau, before taking on the role of Head of Remote Sales & Retention Department.
Wojciech Rudzinski's education history includes studying at the Poznan University of Economics And Business in 2007-2008. Wojciech later pursued a BA Hons degree in Accounting and Finance at Abertay University during the same period. Additionally, in 2008, they attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for a summer school program focusing on Business Analysis & Valuation and Advanced Corporate Finance. In 2016-2017, Wojciech completed a Sales Leadership Academy program at ICAN Institute, receiving a Certificate of Completion. Lastly, in 2018-2019, they pursued a postgraduate program at Akademia Psychologii Przywodztwa, Szkoła Biznesu PW i Grupa Values Jacka Santorskiego, earning a Studium podyplomowe qualification.
