Ammad Amjad is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in application engineering and development. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Application Engineering at BNY Mellon since October 2013, Ammad has held various leadership roles including Vice President and Group Manager of Application Development, as well as Application Development Manager and Application Architect. Prior experience includes a position as Principal Consultant at Visionet Systems Inc. and a Consultant role at VIVA USA INC. Ammad began a career in software engineering as a Senior Software Engineer at Lahore Stock Exchange (G) Ltd. and previously worked as a Systems Analyst/Architect at Innovative Pvt Ltd. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Information Technology from the Canadian School of Management, completed between 1995 and 1997.
