Winnie Chong is an experienced CX/UX professional currently serving as the CX/UX Lead for APAC Strategic Partnerships and Innovation at BNY Mellon since October 2020, focusing on commercializing platforms for financial institutions across various services. Previously, as the Principal CX/UX Lead at the Global Innovation Centre, Winnie co-founded the APAC Digital Download Series and improved UX research processes, initiated usability tests, and led workshops to foster customer-centric design advocacy. Winnie’s background includes senior roles in CX/UX strategy at VMLY&R and SPH Digital, where notable achievements include presenting a UX proposal that significantly increased subscription sign-ups and receiving awards for innovative projects. With a Diploma in Multimedia Design from Blackburn College, Winnie has also contributed creatively as a Project Manager and Interactive Art Director at MEDIA LABS INNOVATION PTE. LTD. and as a Designer at Keppel Club, Singapore.
