Lauren Dobell

Lauren Dobell is an experienced professional in social impact and policy with a diverse background spanning various leadership roles. Currently serving as an Advisor at Boann Social Impact since August 2022, Lauren previously held the position of Executive Director at the Table of Impact Investment Practitioners from January 2020 to July 2022. Notable contributions include serving as Board Chair and Vice Chair at CityStudio Vancouver and as Director of Strategic Partnerships at Vancity from 2011 to 2020. Additional experience includes participation in the Federal Co-creation Steering Committee on Social Innovation and Social Finance for the Government of Canada, and chairing the Community Impact Committee for the Canadian Credit Union Association. Educational qualifications include a DPhil candidacy at the University of Oxford focusing on the Politics of reconstruction and reconciliation in Namibia, and an MA in Political Studies from Queen's University.
