Andriy Gubynskyi

Andriy Gubynskyi serves as the Founder and CEO of Craft Innovations, a global research and CX/UX design firm assisting companies in innovating and enhancing customer experiences since December 2018. In addition, Andriy has been a Star Venture Program Mentor at EBRD since June 2024, supporting startups in scaling and achieving product-market fit. As President of Board Toronto and an Expert-counsel at the Ukrainian Startup Fund since 2021, Andriy actively fosters the Ukrainian entrepreneur community in Canada. Andriy holds partnerships with Uployal, contributing to digital loyalty solutions, and shares expertise as a Visiting Lecturer in product design and innovation management at MIM-Kyiv Business School. Andriy also serves as a Mentor in the Board community and previously offered insights as an Advisory Board Member at toBenchmark. Andriy has delivered lectures on digital transformation for the MBA program at the International Institute of Business, IIB-Ukraine, and possesses an extensive educational background, including an MBA from International Management Institute (MIM-Kyiv) and executive education from MIT Sloan.
