Ivan Chyvkin

Ivan Chyvkin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and consulting. Currently serving as a Mentor at ДТЕУ since August 2023, Ivan supports students in modern business simulation projects. As COO and CBO of Red Head Family Corporation since May 2018, Ivan oversees the operational and development aspects of the "Антошка" store network. Additionally, Ivan is the Founder and Leader of Miratem Consulting, providing expertise in customer satisfaction and business efficiency across sectors such as Retail and HoReCa. Experience also includes roles at Будинок Іграшок, where Ivan managed operational activities across multiple regions, and McDonald's Corporation, where Ivan held various managerial positions and achieved significant growth in sales and efficiency. Ivan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organization of production and personnel management from the Inter-Regional Academy of Personnel Management.
