Gergana Georgieva

Gergana Georgieva is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as a Lead Recruitment Specialist at Tradu since November 2023 and at FXCM, where Gergana has held the position since October 2020, progressing from Junior Recruiter to Recruitment Specialist and now Lead Recruitment Specialist. Gergana possesses a strong background in soft skills training and design coordination with the Board of European Students of Technology since July 2019 and has held various roles at BEST Sofia from October 2015 to December 2020, including President and HR. Previous experience includes working as an IT Recruitment Consultant at Easy Consult Ltd from September 2018 to July 2019, and earlier roles in hospitality and sales. Gergana holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of National and World Economy. Education was complemented by secondary studies at the National Trade and Banking Highschool.
