Teodora Šišaković

Teodora Šišaković is a skilled professional with a diverse background in training, marketing, and project management. Currently serving as a Junior Soft Skills Trainer at the Board of European Students of Technology since August 2019, Teodora has designed training sessions using Adult Learning Techniques. As a Design Department Coordinator and Social Media Design Team Coordinator within the same organization, Teodora set goals, managed projects, and developed team members' skills. In addition to these roles, Teodora works as a Marketing Assistant at Modern Living LLC and previously led a successful virtual education fair at Friendly HR. Teodora also held communications roles at Foodscale Hub and several key positions at BEST Novi Sad, focusing on external relations, public relations, event organization, and marketing strategy development. Teodora is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management in Media from the Faculty of Management at the University “Union Nikola Tesla,” following studies in Biomedical Engineering.
