Monica Lagercrantz

Monica Lagercrantz is the Founder & CEO at BoardClic. Prior to BoardClic, they were the Managing Director and Country Manager at Russell Reynolds Associates from January 2003 to December 2012. Monica has also held the position of Country Manager Sweden and Partner at Heidrick & Struggles from January 1997 to December 2003. Monica began their career as legal counsel at Skandia in January 1992 and left in May 1997.

Monica Lagercrantz has a M.Sc. in Business Law from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Stockholm University, and an M.Sc. in Business Law from the Gothenburg School of Economics, University of Gothenburg.
