Bernadette Doykos

Bernadette Doykos has a strong background in research and consulting. Bernadette has worked as a Senior Director of Editorial Strategy at Boardroom since 2022. Prior to that, they were an Independent Consultant at Cable Road Consulting starting in 2017. From 2018 to 2021, Bernadette worked at Catalyst:Ed, first as a Partner in Organizational Learning and later as a Partner in Measurement, Learning, & Evaluation. Bernadette also worked as a Consultant at Page Consulting LLC from 2018 to 2020. Bernadette's earlier experiences include serving as a Research Associate at the University of Southern Maine from 2014 to 2018, an Instructor of Record at Vanderbilt University in 2012, a Research Associate at Harlem Children's Zone from 2007 to 2009, a Research Assistant at Harvard University from 2006 to 2007, a Research Assistant at Wheelock College from 2005 to 2006, and an Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach at Babson College in 2005.

Bernadette Doykos completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from Wesleyan University in the years 2000 to 2004. Bernadette then pursued further studies at the Harvard Graduate School of Education from 2006 to 2007, graduating with a Master of Education (Ed.M.) degree in Risk and Prevention. Later, they enrolled in Vanderbilt University from 2009 to 2017, where they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Community Research & Action.
