Joe Troy

Joe Troy is an experienced executive and board member with a significant background in finance and management. Currently serving as a Board Member at Coalfire and Depot Connect International, and as an Operating Partner at Apax, Joe also holds the position of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at NovaData Solutions LLC, specializing in automated and AI-based insurance claims auditing. Previous roles include EVP & CFO at Quality Distribution and Member of the Board of Directors for multiple companies, including Fisher Communications and Cellu Tissue Holdings. Joe is also actively involved in advisory capacities at the CEO Council of Tampa Bay and the University of Tampa's John H. Sykes College of Business. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance and a BBA in Finance from Loyola University Maryland.
