Matt Hillier

Matt Hillier, CPA, CA, currently serves as the Controller at Boathouse/Blackwell Supply Company since April 2020 and is the Proprietor of Refuge Advisory, a role held since February 2013. Previously, Matt held significant positions including Financial Controller at Great Blue Resorts (January 2017 - April 2020) and VP Business Enterprise at Goodwill Amity (July 2013 - January 2017), overseeing multiple departments. Additional experience includes serving as Part-Time Faculty at Redeemer University College, CFO for Crossroads Christian Communications Inc., Crossroads Television System, and YES TV™ from April 1999 to March 2013, as well as a managerial role at KPMG Canada. Matt earned a Bachelor of Accounting from Brock University, completed in 1995.
