Michele Arboleda

Michele Arboleda has held various roles throughout their work experience, starting as a Professional Recruiter at TEKsystems in 2000. Michele was later promoted to Sr. Account Executive and was the highest producing recruiter within the Fort Lauderdale office for 2003-2005. Michele also trained entry-level recruiters and facilitated national recruiter training sessions.

In 2014, they worked as a Strategic Advisor at COI access, followed by a consulting role at Gravity IT Resources in 2015. During this time, Michele created internal documents for recruiters and account managers, trained recruiters on the recruitment lifecycle, and facilitated introductions with clients.

In 2017, Michele joined HHC Designs as the Designer in Chief, where they brought clients' character and heart to life through home decor. Michele continues to hold this position today.

Most recently, Michele worked as a Contract Recruiter at Chewy before joining Boats Group as a Sr. Technical Recruiting Consultant in 2022.

Michele Arboleda earned their Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida between the years 1996-2000.
