Jeremy Slater has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to 2021. In 2011, they began their career as a Floor Support Assistant at Intelligent Office UK. In 2012, they were promoted to Multi-Services Assistant at Intelligent Office UK (Within Boodle Hatfield LLP). In 2013, they moved to UBS Investment Bank as a Fixed Income Analyst. In 2014, they became an Investment Support - Emerging & Small Cap Equities at BMO Global Asset Management. In 2016, they worked as a Volunteer Social Business Consultant at Balloon Ventures, a Consultant at BillHub, and City Co-Founder at Pollinate Energy. In 2017, they founded Spark Move and worked as a Consultant and General Manager, UK at ALTIDO. In 2021, they began working as COO, Acting Group COO, Bob W & CEO, Bob W, Western Europe, and Regional CEO, Western Europe at Bob W.

Jeremy Slater completed their A-Levels in Philosophy & Ethics, Chemistry and Biology at Cranleigh School from 2004 to 2009. Jeremy then attended the University of Leeds from 2009 to 2012, graduating with a Bsc (Hons) in Human Physiology. In 2013 and 2014, they obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in International Business from The Mountbatten Institute (St Mary's University, Twickenham). In 2014 and 2015, they completed the CFA Level 4: Investment Management Certificate at BPP University. In October 2014, they also obtained the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) - Level 4 from the CFA Institute. In 2017, they attended the Escape the City Start-Up Accelerator. Finally, in June 2016, they obtained the Certified First Aider at Work from St John Ambulance.
