Trey Baker

Trey Baker is an experienced professional with a strong background in talent development, coaching, and public relations. Currently serving as the Talent Development Manager at Bob Barker Company since November 2019, Trey focuses on facilitating professional development and fostering a leadership culture. Prior experience includes roles as a speaker, trainer, and life/business coach at The Mustard Seed Co. from June 2006 to November 2019, and as Executive Pastor at Mid-Way Baptist Church from April 1998 to March 2006. Trey began a career at Wal-Mart in 1989, progressing from an hourly associate to a spokesperson and PR Coordinator, with responsibilities for Sam's Club and Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Trey holds a B.A. in Communication with a focus on Public Relations from North Carolina State University, earned between 1988 and 1991.
