Jennifer Siller, SHRM-CP, PHR has a diverse background in human resources. Jennifer began their career as an HR Manager at GNC Distribution and Lucky Vitamin Distribution Centers, where they handled various HR operations such as leave of absences, workers' compensation claims, employee evaluations, and applicant tracking. Jennifer then moved on to Amazon.com as an HR Business Partner, providing full-cycle HR support to a large fulfillment center and managing a team of HR Assistants. Jennifer then joined Petsmart Distribution Center as an HR Manager, where they focused on driving performance, associate relations, and talent management within the center. Currently, Jennifer is serving as the HR Director at Bobby Rahal Automotive Group, overseeing HR initiatives and ensuring effective HR practices within the organization.

Jennifer Siller, SHRM-CP, PHR completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Management and Operations, at California State University, Chico. Jennifer obtained their PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2011, and their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in May 2015.
