Mike Zimmer

Mike Zimmer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cost management, engineering, and product development. Currently serving as Cost Management Manager at Bobcat Company since May 2023, Mike previously held multiple roles at Enerpac, including Engineering Manager, where responsibilities involved leading product engineering and managing intellectual property, and Program Manager - Cost Engineering, which included establishing a cost engineering program across various global business units. With over two decades at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Mike's roles ranged from Senior New Product Cost Engineer to various positions in finance and operations, contributing significantly to product costing and manufacturing efficiency. Mike started a career in engineering at Waukesha Engine and Caterpillar Inc., where impactful designs and team leadership were fundamental. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. and dual master's and bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering, all from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
