T.J. McIntyre has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. T.J. served as the CEO at Bobo's Oat Bars starting from 2016. Prior to that, they worked at Boulder Brands as the EVP/GM for Natural Brands, where they had full P&L responsibility for various strategies, including gluten-free and frozen products. At Boulder Brands, McIntyre also played a key role in the acquisition of Udi's and oversaw the Natural Channel sales team.
Before joining Boulder Brands, McIntyre worked at Earth Balance, Inc GFA Brands as the SVP/GM for Earth Balance, where they established a plant-based diet platform and successfully launched EB Soymilk nationally. T.J. significantly grew the brand's revenue from $20M to $44M in just three years. Additionally, McIntyre worked at Smart Balance, Inc. as the VP/GM for Glutino, where they played a key role in the acquisition and integration of Glutino into Boulder Brands, leading to the expansion of their gluten-free strategy.
Notably, McIntyre founded Pixie Mate and served as the President from 2005 to 2009. T.J. also worked at White Wave as the Silk Brand Manager from 2003 to 2005.
T.J. McIntyre completed a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University, where the specific field of study is not mentioned, for the years 1990 to 1994. Following this, T.J. McIntyre pursued an MBA with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Socially Responsible Business from the University of Oregon, from 1997 to 1999.
