Steven Norris

Steven Norris is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and production management within the manufacturing and packaging sectors. Currently serving as a Product Performance Specialist at BOBST since April 2015, Steven has achieved remarkable milestones such as setting world records for production output and square footage in an 8-hour shift. Previously, Steven held pivotal roles including Operations Manager at TimBar Packaging and Display and Plant Superintendent at RockTenn and Temple-Inland, contributing to the successful startup of flagship plants and leading production initiatives. Earlier military service as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps provided foundational leadership skills. Steven holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nutrition Sciences from Kent State University.
