James Ng

James Ng has a diverse work experience in the financial and insurance sector. James recently joined BOC Group Life Assurance Company Limited as the Head of Operations Transformation. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Consultant for the same company. James served as the Head of Insurance Transformation Hong Kong at HSBC Bank and also held the position of Senior Project Manager. Before that, they were the Chief Information Officer at HSBC Life Insurance (China). James started their career at HSBC as an IT Manager and worked in various roles until 2011.

James Ng completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from City University of Hong Kong from 1989 to 1993.
