Chen Kong

Chen Kong currently serves as Vice President at BOC Sciences, having progressed through roles such as Business Development Manager and Project Manager since January 2018. Prior to this, Chen Kong was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Michigan, focusing on the synthesis and evaluation of fullerene-functionalized π-conjugated copolymers for solar cell applications. Chen Kong completed a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where research included investigations on Rh2(II)-catalyzed electrocyclization and sp3 C–H amination reactions. Earlier experiences include roles as a Graduate Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant, as well as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Shandong University. Chen Kong's educational background also includes a B.S. in Chemistry with honors from Shandong University.
