Erica Harding is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in pastry arts, currently serving as the Executive Pastry Chef at Boca Grove since February 2023. Previous roles include Assistant Pastry Chef and Pastry Chef positions at Delaire Country Club from November 2021 to May 2022 and January 2018 to October 2020, respectively. Additionally, Erica gained experience as an Assistant Pastry at Stonebridge Country Club and as a Pastry Cook at The Diplomat Beach Resort. Earlier in the career, Erica held the position of Complex Pastry Supervisor at The Westin Beach Resort & Spa from August 2010 to February 2015.
