Genny Gomez

Genny Gomez serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Boca Restaurant Group since June 2023. Prior experience includes senior roles at The ONE Group, where Genny held the titles of Senior Vice President and Vice President of Guest Experience, and at bartaco as Senior Director of Learning and Development. Genny has also contributed significantly to training and development in various organizations, including VSS-Southern Theatres, Dig Inn, Alicart, and Havana Central Restaurants. Previous managerial experience includes positions at Back Bay Restaurant Group and Kaplan. Genny holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Bentley University, completed in 2002.
