Sonia Bermúdez

Sonia Bermúdez has worked in various roles since 2013. Sonia began their career as a Logistics Coordinator at WholeBlossoms.com in 2013. From 2013 to 2021, they held the role of Director Operaciones y Estrategia Allianz Colombia Contact Center at Allianz Colombia, where they were responsible for executing and controlling the budget and KPI's of the contract with the provider, as well as analyzing quality metrics to implement strategies to level the performance of the operation. In 2021, they joined Bocazon.com as Head Of Operations and Director of Product Management. In their role as Director of Product Management, they were responsible for providing a wide range of high-quality products to Bocazon's customers, improving existing product listings, tracking inventory with suppliers, and helping to improve the overall shopping experience.

Sonia Bermúdez has a diverse educational background. Sonia obtained their Ingenieria Industrial degree from Universidad Militar Nueva Granada between 2001 and 2005. Sonia then went on to pursue a Master of Science Logistics degree from the University of Wollongong, which they completed in 2010. In 2012, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same university. Additionally, in August 2022, they acquired an EF SET Certificate from the EF Standard English Test.
