Rick Hammock has extensive experience in facilities management within the restaurant industry, primarily with Boddie-Noell Enterprises. Beginning as a Service Technician responsible for HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical systems in 10 to 15 restaurants, Rick progressed to Regional Facilities Manager, overseeing the repair and maintenance of approximately 100 facilities. As Director of Facilities Management, responsibilities expanded to encompass about 400 facilities, before taking on the role of Senior Director of Facilities Management, managing over 340 restaurants until retirement in June 2014. Rick holds a technical degree in HVAC, Mechanical, and Refrigeration obtained between 1973 and 1974.
