Tania Smith Andrews, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional with a focus on recruitment, retention, and employee relations. Currently serving as Director of Recruitment & Retention at Boddie-Noell Enterprises since March 2022, Tania manages sourcing and employment processes while updating and designing recruiting procedures. Previously, Tania worked at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency from January 2017 to February 2022, holding roles such as HR Officer - Employment Relations Specialist and HR Officer - Performance Improvement Program Manager, where responsibilities included advising supervisors on performance-related matters and managing performance improvement processes. Tania’s earlier experience includes positions at Boddie-Noell Enterprises and Bank of America, where skills in recruitment, internal mobility, and personnel management were further developed. Tania holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Saint Pauls College.
