Daniel Butron Benitez

Daniel Butron Benitez is a highly qualified laboratory technician with extensive experience in analytical controls within the wine industry and research support. Currently serving as a Técnico de laboratorio at Bodegas Fundador since November 2018, Daniel is proficient in both basic and advanced analytical techniques, including Gas Chromatography, Liquid Chromatography, and atomic absorption for metal determination. Prior experience includes a role as a research support technician at the Universidad de Cádiz and practical training at Bodega Dominio de Pingus during the 2015 harvest. Daniel holds a Doctorate in Analytical Chemistry from Universidad de Cádiz and has completed specialized studies in food quality management and safety, Oenology, and Organic Chemistry.
