Rachel Jones

Rachel Jones has a diverse background in HR, with experience in various leadership roles. Rachel is currently serving as the Vice President HR for Europe and Asia at Bodycote since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the SNR HRBP Global at Bodycote from April 2020 to March 2022. Before joining Bodycote, Rachel was a Senior HRBP in the UK at Bodycote from July 2018 to April 2020. Rachel also has experience as the Head of HR for Retail at Booths from September 2013 to July 2018. Additionally, Rachel worked as an HR Business Partner at Tarmac Building Products Ltd from April 2012 to September 2013 and as an HR Manager at Galaxy Optical Services from October 2008 to April 2011.

Rachel Jones earned their BA HONS degree in Psychology from The University of Sheffield, where they attended from 1999 to 2002. Rachel later pursued a postgraduate degree in CIPD from Nottingham University Business School. The start and end years for the postgraduate degree are not provided.
