Ravneet Randhawa

Ravneet Randhawa has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Ravneet is currently serving as the VP of Finance at Bodycote since November 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Financial Director at Aptiv from August 2020 to November 2023.

Before their role at Aptiv, Ravneet held various positions at Continental, starting as a Financial Analyst in the BU HEV division from July 2007 to March 2011. Ravneet then became the North America Finance Manager in the same division from March 2011 to February 2015. Following that, they served as the Global Segment Senior Finance Manager in the BU FEM division from February 2015 to December 2018. Lastly, they held the position of Head of Product Group Finance and Controlling in the OES & Aftermarket division from January 2019 to August 2020.

Further back in their career, Ravneet worked as a Branch Administrator at ScotiaMcLeod from January 2006 to July 2007. Ravneet began their professional journey at National Bank of Canada, where they served as a Senior Manager of Financial Services from September 2000 to May 2005.
