Michael Kenning • Meng

Michael Kenning, MEng, has extensive experience in engineering and management, primarily at Boedeker Plastics, Inc. since May 2014. Michael has held various roles including Machine Shop Manager, Process Engineer, CMM Department Lead, Laser Etch Department Lead, and Reverse Engineering and Drafter/Design Coordinator. Key responsibilities include managing process capability projects, supporting CNC machining environments, developing training programs, and ensuring compliance with ISO and FDA Quality System Regulations. Previous roles involved drafting and designing parts for various industries, utilizing tools such as SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD, and Catia. Michael holds a Master's degree in Engineering from UAB School of Engineering and a Bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio, along with a solid foundation in technical skills from Austin Community College. Additionally, Michael served in the United States Air Force as part of the Security Forces from 1998 to 2001.
