Ernesto Cajja-Maguiña Schneider is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in demand planning and supply chain management across various industries, including pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, and retail. Currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain for Human Pharma and Animal Health at Boehringer Ingelheim since October 2018, Ernesto oversees demand planning, customer service, logistics, and other key areas in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Commercial Demand Planning at Boehringer Ingelheim, Latin America Supply Chain Manager at Newell Brands, and Demand Planning Lead at Best Buy. With a robust educational background in economics from Universidad de Lima, Ernesto has demonstrated significant achievements in developing reporting systems, implementing inventory policies, and enhancing S&OP processes throughout their career.
