Jen MacAluso

Jen Macaluso is a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in immunology and inflammation, currently serving as Scientist IV at Boehringer Ingelheim since August 2023. Jen has held positions as Senior Research Scientist at Halda Therapeutics and Arvinas, contributing significantly to research and development in the pharmaceutical sector. Early career roles included Research Associate III at Boehringer Ingelheim and Alexion Pharmaceuticals, as well as Associate Scientist at Gilead Sciences/CGI Pharmaceuticals, where Jen was involved in multiple project teams and the publication of research findings. Jen's foundational experience includes positions at CuraGen Corporation in pre-clinical development and as a research assistant at Yale School of Medicine. Academic qualifications include a JD from Quinnipiac University School of Law and a Master's degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Southern Connecticut State University.
