Nizar Haddad

Nizar Haddad has extensive experience in the field of chemistry, currently serving as a Senior Research Fellow and Head of the Catalysis Group at Boehringer Ingelheim since August 1998. Prior roles at Boehringer Ingelheim include Senior Principal Scientist, overseeing various groups focused on catalysis and scale-up support, and Principal Scientist, where Nizar developed and scaled processes for complex compounds. Nizar's academic background includes a sabbatical at The Scripps Research Institute and lecturing at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, along with postdoctoral fellowships at Harvard University and The University of Chicago. Nizar obtained a D. Sc. in Organic Chemistry and Photochemistry and a B.A. in Chemistry from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
