Paulo Arruda

Paulo Arruda currently serves as the Sr. Associate Director of Translational Research and Biomarkers in Bacterial Diseases at Boehringer Ingelheim since 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Managing Veterinarian and Diagnostic Pathologist at AMVC-VRI from June 2017 to January 2022, and as an Assistant Professor and Adjunct Instructor at Iowa State University from 2011 to 2017. Paulo Arruda holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Veterinary Pathology from Iowa State University (2010-2014), an Anatomic Pathology Residency (2008-2014), a Master's degree in Veterinary Diagnostic and Production Animal Medicine (2008-2010), and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from PUC Minas (2002-2008).
