Raphael Wildermuth

Raphael Wildermuth is a Senior Scientist at Boehringer Ingelheim since December 2020, previously serving as a Research Scientist. Prior experience includes the role of Senior Research Scientist at AstraZeneca from February 2019 to November 2020 and involvement as a PhD student researcher at Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München from January 2015 to November 2018, focusing on the development of a modular synthesis of tetracyclic meroterpenoid antibiotics. Raphael holds a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (2012-2014) and a Dr. in Organic Chemistry from the same institution (2015-2018), along with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry (2009-2012). Additional academic experience includes a scientific internship in Inorganic Chemistry at Uppsala University starting in 2013.
