Brandon Holper is an Engineering Manager at Boeing since December 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing production engineering for the Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers Division and managing a cross-functional team addressing issues in 737MAX Final Assembly. Prior roles at Boeing encompass Production Stability Engineer for the 737MAX Program and Manufacturing Process Engineer for Advanced Metal Structures. Before joining Boeing, Holper was a New Product Development Engineer at Jet Parts Engineering, engaging directly with customers and assessing project feasibility, and a Hardware Design Engineer intern at FLYSORTER LLC, where innovations in hardware design improved efficiency in laboratory processes. Holper holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Seattle Pacific University and is currently pursuing an MBA at the UW Foster School of Business.
