Don Arrowood is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as Chief Engineer at Boeing since November 2022, Arrowood focuses on the Direct Attack portfolio. Prior to this role, Arrowood held various leadership positions at Northrop Grumman, including Director of System Engineering and Sustainment Lead Systems Engineer/Chief Engineer from June 2017 to November 2022. Arrowood's background also includes significant contributions at Boeing as a Senior System Engineer, specializing in ISR platform sustainment from October 2015 to June 2017, and with the United States Department of Defense, where roles included Lead Systems Engineer for B-52 SEEK EAGLE from December 2007 to October 2015 and Mechanical Engineer from May 2003 to May 2007, as well as serving as KC-135 Liaison Engineer.
