Tom Roberts

Tom Roberts has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Chief Counsel for Litigation, Defense, Space & Security, as well as China Country Counsel for Global Law Affairs at Boeing since September 2011. Prior to this role, Tom practiced as an Attorney at Williams & Connolly LLP from 2003 to 2011. Earlier in their career, Tom worked as a Foreign Expert and Instructor of English at Sichuan Union University from 1995 to 1996. Tom holds a Juris Doctor degree from Yale Law School (1999), a Master of Science in Political Theory from The London School of Economics and Political Science (1995), and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Haverford College (1993).
