Eva Saravia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Eva started their career as an Application Engineer at The MathWorks in 1999 and worked there until 2001. Eva then joined Northrop Grumman where they held various roles including Senior Systems Engineer and Deputy Program Manager, working on projects related to combat air force distributed mission operations and combat mission simulator upgrades. In 2013, Eva joined Bohemia Interactive Simulations as the Director of Programs, and later became the Senior Vice President Global Programs, responsible for overseeing the successful execution of programs worldwide. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at Bohemia Interactive Simulations.
Eva Saravia has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Engineering Management from the University of Central Florida, which they obtained from 2010 to 2013. Eva also earned a Graduate Certificate in Project Engineering from the same institution during the academic year 2011-2012. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University, studying from 1995 to 1999. In terms of additional certifications, Eva obtained their Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from the Scrum Alliance in March 2015. Eva also holds a Certified ScrumMaster certification from the same institution, which they obtained in December 2014. Furthermore, Eva is a Project Management Professional, having obtained this certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2011.
