Michael Bohlsen is a seasoned restaurant industry professional with extensive experience managing multiple establishments within the Bohlsen Restaurant Group since 1994. Currently serving as the Managing Partner of Prime: An American Kitchen and Bar, Michael also holds ownership and management roles at various locations, including the Harbor Club at Prime, which specializes in event hosting, H2O Seafood Grill, Tellers, and Tellers Next Door. An alumnus of Duke University with a degree in History and an MBA from the University of San Francisco, Michael's educational background complements a successful career dedicated to the culinary arts and hospitality sector.
