Bob Potter

Bob Potter has over 12 years of professional experience in engineering. Bob began their career in 2010 at Rockwell Collins as an Industrial Engineer. In 2009, Bob was the Lead Mechanical Design Engineer at Michigan Tech University Senior Design and BAE Systems. During their time there, they were the recipient of the Michigan Tech's External Advisory Committee 2010 Industry Innovation Award, designed and fabricated mechanical upgrades that increased durability while decreasing system size by 50%, and reduced installation time from one hour to under 15 minutes. Bob was also the liaison to GS Engineering, a local R&D firm and BAE partner, to facilitate vehicle access and personnel availability for system testing. Additionally, they maintained the team budget and detailed project records. Currently, Bob is the Director of Engineering at Bohning Company, Ltd.

Bob Potter graduated from Michigan Technological University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. In April 2016, they obtained a certification as an Inventor Certified Professional from Autodesk.
